Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
In the event of a cancellation within 30 to 14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 75% cancellation fee will apply.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee.

NB********The Camps Bay Retreat does not accommodate more than 2 persons per room or children under the age of 12 years.
